Hello

I’m Jo Weller, a level 3 Body Control Pilates certified teacher. I’ve enjoyed many forms of exercise over the years including figure skating and dance, aerobics-style classes, racquet sports, water sports and boot camp fitness sessions with a PT.   However you choose to exercise, Pilates supports performance in any sport.

Pilates is focused on personal improvement, body awareness and control rather than competition with others.

It literally nurtures and supports better movement in all aspects of your life.

I explored Pilates after an injury and quickly discovered the benefits of this low impact exercise leading to recovery, improved core strength, posture and flexibility.

 

I enjoyed classes so much and the positive impact Pilates had on my body and headspace that I went on to train as a teacher with Body Control Pilates ® .  It's a privilege to be able to help clients move better and feel stronger.
