Your commitment
Group classes work best with committed clients as Pilates does not lend itself to ‘drop in’ sessions. Consistency is key to steady progression, knowledge of exercises, ability and strength. You will reap so much more from your hard work!
Group classes are booked as a block and run for 5 or 6 weeks, advised at time of booking.
Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer, details provided on acceptance of booking. Block booking entitles you to a discounted rate of £12.00 per class. Signing up for a block means you have a guaranteed space allocated to you in each class of that block. It is the responsibility of the client to attend all classes within the block. Much like a health club/gym membership, missed weeks are not refunded nor can they be carried forward to the next block.
If you are unable to commit to a block booking, Pay As You Go spaces are bookable at £15.00 per class (payable no less than 24 hours in advance), however this does not guarantee a space in class every week nor a discounted class rate.
Enrolment form
All new clients are required to complete a client enrolment form (includes health questionnaire). This will be sent to you prior to any booking being accepted. All information you provide is stored securely and held in strict confidence. This information is never shared with third parties.
Participation in group sessions is at the individual's own risk. Always listen to your body and exercise at a pace and level which is best for you. Stop if you feel discomfort and make your teacher aware.
Please advise any changes which may affect your ability to exercise prior to class (which are not included on your client enrolment form).
** If illness should prevent Jo from teaching a class, every effort will be made to book a cover teacher. If this cannot be arranged, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered an alternative class or a credit on your next block booking.
